From initial concept to final product drawings, our product development and design team is committed to working closely with our customers to ensure that each piece of furniture embodies the concept and spirit of the design, while incorporating additional elements to ensure the structural integrity and functionality of the piece. Our design team utilizes the Autodesk AutoCAD design system, an industry leading computer aided design software.
The product development team then ensures that the concepts developed in the design phase are implemented in the next phase of product development: product sample development. In this phase, materials are sourced and priced, manufacturing processes are fine-tuned, and the final sample is tested for durability and safety. The customer is invited to the plant to view the sample and go over finishing, materials, pricing and manufacturing details.
